The Venice Masters Basketball Tournament has its roots on our experience in organizing more than twelve editions of the Torneo dei Sestieri of Venice, a local sport event followed by hundreds of Venetians in summer. Its big success and our participation to some international master basketball tournaments over Europe, encouraged us to mutually exchange the invitation of our friends from Galway, Wien, Ljubljana and Santander. And what better incentive than host a tournament in the most beautiful city in the world?
